Question: What is your clear position on the Napster case ?

If you ask me as a netizen, however, I'd say that Napster is a great new distribution service. To me, Napster & Gnutella are yet another proof of the Net's anarchic innovative energy. To add another point, Napster & Gnutella along with the legal conflicts on digital sampling show that copyright law is not up to the changes brought about by digital technologies. I have only read in the press about this, therefore my opinion is not based of facts. I chose no to discuss it here.
