I will seek to ensure 1. Their right to processes their own domain names when they apply, 2. Their right to be informed with and apply the IP standards and related technologies 3. Their right to require IP addressing numbers without any kind of illegal disturbances. Since 1999, I work in the committee for Labor insurance Information systems of the Committees for Labor affairs of ROC government and also participated in the development of an Island-wide (Taiwan) Labor Information System and a Foreign Labor Network Information System in connection with the Indo-China countries. The former is designed for the application of insurance and pensions, job opportunities and training information. The latter is mainly designated for the foreign workers to apply the working permission and visa. I fully understand how the Internet may influence the live of workers and realize the importance of helping workers to be familiar with Internet. I could contribute my experiences and time to the policy making in this area. However, I think it belongs to the sociological concerns but not the organisational goals of ICANN.
