Question: Do you support the resolution adopted at the ICANN Board meeting on 25 September 2000, to accept .eu to become a new ccTLD?

Other regions of the world may claim the right to establish similar country codes for their respective geographic regions. By the reference ...are delegable as ccTLDs only in cases where the ISO 3166 Maintenance Agency, on its exceptional reservation list, has issued a reservation of the code that covers any application of ISO 3166-1 that needs a coded representation in the name of the country, territory, or area involved; .. ICANN has defined a new practice which in theory also applies for other regions. My personal opinion is that .eu in the end will be good for European At Large members, given a well operated Registry with a network of Registrars, and a good naming-policy.
