I think Mr. Lu want to report a change of his EMAIL-Address for the at-large member database. Could anyone help him ? May I suggest Mr. Lu subscribe an EMAIL to ICANN ? 我想您是想要告訴ICANN,您有新的EMAIL-Address吧?那您得直接發EMAIL給ICANN了.上面內那段話已經向他們說明了.只是不知道他們瞧不瞧這兒. 如果您是想找個新的EMAIL-Address,那ICANN可幫不上忙.
