I note that there are several new committees listed on the ICANN Website.


              Advisory Committee on Independent Review

              Governmental Advisory Committee

              DNS Root Server System Advisory Committee

Can ICANN advise how these were formed, when they were formed, what the
membership is, what the mandates are and what work they are undertaking
plus any further relevant information.

I note that precedent set by the Membership committee says that an open
call for members should be made.
