What it is: A public forum for people to raise whatever points they wish to ICANN.

Participation solution and system

Sorry for the delay in getting back, Thomas.

The solution appears to have presented itself today at the GNSO Whois meeting.

Ask the chair of the meeting to set up a forum for accepting questions. (They should have the posting rights to do this. If they don't, approach a member of the ICANN staff and ask them.)

Then someone - either the chair or a helper - can watch the forum and read out questions when appropriate during the meeting.

Any problems with this system, please report them and we'll iron them out.
