[Membership] constituency formation issues

As the staff member for the membership committee and the staff member
responsible for posting the Domain Name Supporting Organization, I urge
participants on this list to concentrate their comments on membership
issues.  I am happy to correspond separately with anyone interested in the
process for posting the materials submitted by Mr. Sondow and others about
