Overview
This session will include a brief review of the current Travel Guidelines for Constitutent/Stakeholder Travel Support as well as a brief preview of the Travel Summary for ICANN International Meeting #42 to be held in Dakar, Senegal.
Goals:
- Ensure understanding of the processes and procedures for receiving support to travel to ICANN meetings
- Solicit input on changes/modifications to be considered for future ICANN meetings.
Who Should Attend? Constituent/Stakeholder travelers who receive support from ICANN to travel to ICANN meetings as well as Constituent/Stakeholders who believe they may receive support in the future. Community members who want to better understand the process and the impact on budgets should also attend.
