The Review of all Rights Protection Mechanisms in All gTLDs Policy Development Process Working Group was chartered in March 2016 to conduct a policy review of all the RPMs that have been developed to date to safeguard the rights of trademark owners in the domain name system. These include the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy and the RPMs that were developed for the 2012 New gTLD Program Round. The PDP is being conducted in two phases, with the 2012 New gTLD RPMs being reviewed in Phase One. The Working Group will be seeking community feedback on the list of issues and type of data to be collected in order to conduct its review of these RPMs, beginning with the Post Delegation Dispute Resolution Mechanisms and the Trademark Clearinghouse. All interested community members are invited to this open meeting to share their views and join the discussion.
