Krista joined ICANN in May 2013 as the Director of gTLD Registry Services. As a member of the DNS Industry Engagement leadership team, Krista’s team is responsible for ICANN’s relationship with gTLD Registry Operator’s, and for developing operational strategies and processes stemming from the Registry Agreement and ICANN Policy to support the expanding registry community. As a long time contributor to the DNS Industry, Krista has been a member of various ICANN policy-making groups. Prior to ICANN, Krista served as the President at Klear Policy and Consulting Services. She also held the positions of Chief Strategy Office and General Manager, Policy and Industry Affairs at ARI Registry Services, and Business Development and Sales at Iron Mountain and Verisign. Krista holds her BS from the University of Phoenix and MBA from the University of Southern California.
