Session Details DNS Abuse is a priority issue for the Governmental Advisory Committee (GAC). Continuing on a program proposed by the GAC co-leads for DNS Abuse (European Commission, Japan, and the United States) since ICANN81, and taking into account recent developments in the area of DNS Abuse prevention and mitigation, the GAC will discuss:
Results of a survey on GAC Members approaches to DNS Abuse, feedback on ICANN org and Contracted Parties efforts to date, and suggestions for future GAC work;
Updates from ICANN Compliance on the enforcement of the DNS Abuse amendments of ICANN’s contracts with Registries and Registrars; and
Discussion of the recently released INFERMAL Final Report and ICANN’s Domain Metrica platform.
