Dennis Chang

Dennis is responsible for identification, design, direction, and production of programs that serve industry service delivery capability including relationship management for participants in the value chain.

Prior to ICANN, Dennis has served in executive leadership roles in Fortune 100 corporations and technology start-ups creating new businesses and new products. Dennis holds a Computer Engineering degree from University of California, Los Angeles and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University. He currently serves on the Board for Pepperdine Graduate Business School and Project Management Institute Los Angeles.
