The rights have to be decided by the new board. But the individual netizen should be protected.

Your question is also my personal concren. The primary right of at large membership is oberviously to vote for the representive borad director. While stay at this point, your right after this election is to vote in the next election and perhaps you will be one of the candidates the next time. I think in the time between you should better use chances to commnunicate with the elected director and monitor him. Another example is to speak for yourself in the constituency meeting and director board forum. I personally hope the at-large members could have more of rights. At this moment, I would like to suggest to vote for a candidate most suitable to represent you and use your right towards more of rights.
