I'll set up a public discussion space
immediately, and answer questions on a
regular basis. I will devote as much of my
time as needed.

I shall be accessible via email. I shall also request that ICANN establish a public forum for the at large membership, both to increase feedback to the Board and to provide a vehicle that allows the at large membership to communicate among themselves.
If elected, I shall treat the position as a full time job.

Email - always. The at-large membership needs a public forum, both regional (the European region has already established a successful public forum, but none of the other regions has) and global; I expect to be an active participant in that forum whether or not I am elected to the ICANN board. As an ICANN director I would spend much more time interacting with the at-large membership than sitting in board meetings, and would take advantage of (and create) opportunities to present and discuss ICANN's mission and activities.

Please peruse this Q&A forum (look at all questions answered) and decide for yourself who is willing to put the time in. I think you'll find my level of commitment to be sufficient.

1. Very accessible.
2. Email--all the time. Public fora: I speak publicy in various fora around the world 50-60 times each year, and expect that will continue. At each of those events, I am available for input. I will accept additional requests for public appearances if I believe it gives me meaningful input.
3. As much as necessary to do the job right.
