Question: Would you favor allowing the At Large members to elect all the board members? How should the At Large members be chosen? Should there be another opportunity for individuals to nominate themselves as At Large members? Should there be regular opportunities?

If some form of proportional representation were used, it would allow minorities to elect one of their own to the Board.
