Brian joined ICANN staff in August 2015, and currently serves the organization as Lead Researcher. He is responsible for providing research project leadership and support, with an aim to achieve research outcomes that are both illuminating to the ICANN community and informative to the many policymaking processes taking place within ICANN's global multi-stakeholder community.

Brian holds a Master of Research in Research Methods and Design and a PhD in Political Science from the London School of Economics.
