I'm currently an ALAC member for the North America Region.
My involvement in internet governance started as Chair of REGULATEL (Latin American Forum of Telecommunications Regulators), an observer organization at GAC). As REGULATEL Chair, I established formal MOU relationship between Latin American Regulators and ICANN, signed by former CEO/President Chehade. I'm also active within CANTO, the Caribbean Association of National Telecommunications Organizations.
I'm currently also in the field of natural resources, environmental and energy issues, besides ICTs in general.
