(TBC) Milton Mueller is Professor at the School of Public Policy, Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. Mueller received the Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg School in 1989. His research focuses on rights, institutions and global governance in communication and information industries. He is the author of three seminal books on Internet governance, Will the Internet Fragment? (2017) Ruling the Root (2002) and Networks and States (2010). Mueller was one of the founders of the Internet Governance Project, an alliance of scholars in action around global Internet policy issues. He has played a leading role in organizing and mobilizing civil society in ICANN, IGF and OECD. He was co-founder of the ICANN’s Noncommercial Users Constituency. He served on the IANA Stewardship Transition Coordination Group as a representative of the NCSG.
