Besides registration volumes, other areas are also relevant: impact on the rights of others and minimizing conflicts, quality content; innovation. Beyond the well-known mechanisms of trademark-related sunrises, UDRP, first come, first served, auctions, this workshop will present and disuss additional experiences, ideas and mechanisms (non-trademark rights in sunrises; restrictions on registrants, registrars or usage; ex-ante & ex-post validation; compliance; alternative allocation methods for "valued" names, cooperation in conflict-avoiding and handling ...), with views from registries, registrars, commercial and non-commercial users.
Why it's Important | The expansion of the Internet through New gTLDs will impact businesses, brand owners, IP practitioners, public institutions and Internet users in general. As diversity in gTLD increases we need to find common ground in addressing the interests more closely related to each individual TLD and those of the public in general.
Who Should Attend? | All those interested in the use of Internet name space, especially brand owners, Governments, and potential future new registries.

which helps develop global policy for country code Top-Level Domains
(ccTLDs), convenes both a members meeting and a Council meeting in
Cairo.
Why it's Important | The Council and Members will discuss a number of
issues affecting a cross-section of the world's country codes.
Additionally there will be updates on developments and best practice
from various ccTLD managers.
Who should attend? | Anyone with an interest in ccTLD issues
specifically, and the Domain Name System in general, including
registrars, registries, businesses, Internet Service Providers, Internet
users, and government representatives.

The Social Events at Egypt are meant to be as unforgettable as the fascination of the country. The location was selected to reflect several meanings One hundred thousand people worked on building the pyramids for three months of each year because this was the time of the Nile's annual flood which made it impossible to farm the land and most of the population was unemployed. Is it conceivable that by bringing together so many people and giving them a common goal, that of making a construction, a national identity is forged in their hearts.
“The Grand Pyramids of Egypt” is one of the Seven Wonders of the World, and the only one of the seven to survive into modern times. The shape of Egyptian pyramids is thought to represent the primordial mound from which the Egyptians believed the earth was created. The shape is also thought to be representative of the descending rays of the sun, and most pyramids were faced with polished, highly reflective white limestone, in order to give them a brilliant appearance when viewed from a distance. One of the theories suggests the pyramid may have been designed to serve as a means to magically launch the deceased pharaoh's soul directly into the abode of the gods.
At the Gala Dinner, guests will be offered a unique chance to get closer to these secrets while enjoying the spirit-lifting elegant oriental music and the most delicious oriental food, in a not-to-miss event.

حتى الأن ويعتقد أن شكل الهرم يحمل العديد من الرموز حول أصل خليقة الأرض
وأنه يعبر أيضا عن أشعة الشمس الواقعة على الأرض وقد كانت الأهرامات فى
القدم مغطاة بمواد معينة تضفى عليها بريقا ولمعانا. بل أن أحد النظريات
تشير الى أن تصميم الهرم قد نفذ على هذا الشكل ليكون بمثابة وسيلة النقل
السحرية لروح الفرعون الى ملكوت الآلهة.
هذه الأسرار وأكثر ستكون على بعد بعض خطوات قليلة من ضيوفنا الأعزاء فى
