For each entity identified in item C13, please state the scope and terms of the contract under which the facilities or services will be provided and attach documentary evidence that the entity has committed to enter into that contract RegisterOrg has committed to execute an agreement with Register.com’s registry services division, Registry Advantage for Registry Services (the “Agreement”), a copy of which is attached herewith in Section c50.5. The Agreement will be effective for the term of RegisterOrg’s .org registry agreement with ICANN.
