What it is: The second session will if necessary conclude the work on the Memorandum of Understanding with ICANN for this region of At Large if any issues remain open. It is hoped that it will also be able to conclude the Bylaws of the region with ICANN. Otherwise, the participants will work to decide the priorities of the region, begin the nomination of the two regional representatives to the At Large Advisory Committee, and discuss the policy issues being discussed within ICANN from the perspective of Individual Internet Users in the European region.

Why it's important: This will be the third region of At-Large to formally organise itself providing it concludes discussions on the MoU with ICANN.

Who should attend: All European Regional At Large Representatives, anyone interested in At Large.

1. Adoption of the Agenda
2. Bylaws of the Regional At-Large Organisation (if unfinished from the previous session)
3. Election of RALO Officers
* Discussion of Nominations and New Nominations for Board of the RALO, Two At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) regional representatives
* Terms of the two ALAC members
* Election of the Board and the ALAC members (See the Nominations 2007 page)
4. Begin Discussion of Regional Policy Priorities for 2007
5. Any Other Business
