Session DetailsThis is now a regular session at ICANN meetings organized by ICANN’s Government Engagement team to update the community on geopolitical developments. The session's purpose is to update the community on geopolitical developments and their impact on ICANN's technical mission, policies, and processes. We recognize that governmental, regulatory, and other initiatives can affect all parts of the ICANN community, and we are committed to raising awareness and supporting the community in addressing these issues.
During ICANN77's Prep Week, this session will cover regional trends in the Caribbean, as well as provide updates on global geopolitical and regulatory developments and intergovernmental organization (IGO) processes. Our aim is to foster regular interaction with the community and provide an opportunity to discuss and understand these activities.
